Your membership renews automatically each billing period (weekly, monthly, or seasonal) until you cancel.

You can cancel whenever you like from the subscription-management portal — linked from the subscribe page and your purchase confirmation. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after you cancel.

Because a membership gives you immediate access to digital information, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We do not refund a billing period you have already started. If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing problem, contact us promptly and we will review it in good faith.

The smallest plan bills weekly, so the minimum commitment is one week — cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running to the end of the week you have paid for.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it. If it keeps failing, the subscription is cancelled and access ends.
